No one who ever lived was more humble than Jesus. Though He was the most powerful man to ever walk the earth, He was pleased to be born in a stable to poor parents. He associated with lepers, beggars, tax collectors, and fishermen rather than with the powerful people of His day. If Jesus was humble, what right do we have to be proud? Instead, we must recognize God as the Lord of all, submit our wills to Him, give a listening ear to others, and associate with those who are poor and lowly just as Jesus did.
It is our prayer that these sermons may assist you in touching more of your congregation as you proclaim the Word of God. Our homilies come in Microsoft Word format so that you can easily edit and personalize the sermon according to your preferences and preaching style.
